:Announcement of Beijing Municipal Office, SAT No.7 (2018)　　

In order to implement the decisions and plans of the State Council for the reform of “Delegating Power, Strengthening Regulation and Streamlining Administration” and comprehensively optimize the taxation and business environment in Beijing, under the unified arrangements of the State Administration of Taxation, the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Beijing Municipal Government, in accordance with Several Opinions of the State Administration of Taxation on Advancing the Reform of “Delegating Power, Strengthening Regulation and Streamlining Administration” and Optimizing Taxation Environment (Shui Zong Fa No. 101 (2017)), Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Release of the List of “One-stop Handling of Tax Affairs” (Announcement No. 12 (2018) for the State Administration of Taxation) and other documents, Beijing Municipal Office, SAT formulates the List of “One-stop Handling of Tax Affairs” (The First Batch) (hereinafter referred to as “the List”) . The List is hereby issued. Announcement for specific issues is hereby given as follows:
　　I “One-stop Handling of Tax Affairs” refers to that taxpayers need go to the tax authorities only once to handle the formalities within the scope of the List on the condition that submitted materials are complete and meet the preconditions for statutory acceptance.
　　II Beijing Municipal Office, SAT will continue to advance optimization of the taxation and business environment, promptly introduce measures to facilitate tax handling, announce new tax-handling items in batches, adjust the List according to changes in policies and operations on due time, and release on the official website.
　　III This Announcement shall take effect since March 20, 2018.
