:Beijing Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation (hereinafter referred to as ‘our office’) has drafted the List of Whole Process Online Handling of Tax Items (hereinafter referred to as ‘the list’) to implement the work requirements by the State Administration of Taxation and Beijing Municipal Government on deepening “Deregulation-Control-Service" Reform, and to carry out arrangements issued by Opinions of the State Administration of Taxation on Further Deepening “Deregulation-Control-Service" Reform in the Taxation System and Optimizing Tax Environment (shuizongfa [2017] No. 101). The list is now announced as follows:
    1. Whole process online handling of tax items refers to the fact that the items on the list can be managemed on our official website or at online taxation services hall by the taxpayers.
    2.Taxpayers need ‘Beijing Pass’ to pay tax online, so those who without it shall take it as soon as possible.
    3.Our office will continuously optimizing online handling of taxation, expand the scope of tax items that can be handled online, adjust the list in keeping the policy changes and systematic upgrading and publish the list on our official website.
    4.This announcement goes into effect on the day of promulgation.
