District Offices of State Administration of Taxation,District Local Taxation Bureaus and Branches,
    To facilitate tax payment, unify and simplify tax-related materials that taxpayers shall submit to national and local tax authorities, Beijing Municipal Office, State Administration of Taxation and Beijing Local Taxation Bureau will share tax-related information collection. It is notified as follows:
    1. When a taxpayer engage in matters listed in the Catalogue of Shared Tax-Related Materials between Beijing Municipal Office, State Administration of Taxation and Beijing Local Taxation Bureau(see attachment) and is required to submit thesame paperwork and other information to both national and local tax authorities, he or she can submit to only one of them which will then collect and store the material for sharing between national and local tax authorities.
    2. This circular comes into effect on the day it is issued.
