Dear taxpayers:
    In order to implement the state administration of taxation “internet+taxation” action plan, further carry out the “operation spring breeze” for accessible tax payment, shorten the waiting time for taxpayers at queues for tax payment, make taxation services more efficient, our bureau will launch WeChat appointment-based taxation services phase by phase for some of the tax-related items. On December 1,2017,  ten taxation offices of 8 district or sub offices, includingXicheng, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Changping, Mentougou, Miyun, Yanqing, Yanshan,  launched appointment services on the Beijing local taxation bureau official WeChat account. Going forward, this practice will be extended to eligible taxation offices citywide. While making appointments on WeChat is available, physical premises still offers services featuring direct interactions on a first-come first-served basis.
    Attention:??
    1. You can make appointments via the Beijing local taxation bureau WeChat account “ I want to pay taxes” sub-section.?
    2. Please enter the correct ID card number to make appointments, and get your service time slot from the queuing machine in the taxation service hall.?
    3. You can make an appointment five days in advance at the most. If there are available time slots for the remainder of the day, appointments can be made before 11:30.?
    4. No appointments can be made on legal holidays and festivals. ?
    5. Separate appointments can be made by a taxpayer for different tax affairs  on the same day, but only one appointment can be made by the same taxpayer for the same tax affair. ??
    6. One appointment only allows one taxpayer to go through tax affairs that have been pre-ordered. Multiple taxpayers have to make appointments separately based on categories. ??
    7. Please cancel appointments if you cannot make it in time, otherwise it will be deemed a default. Taxpayers with three defaults will be blacklisted and barred from making appointments within three months.??
